Reports
A significant amount of valuable information is generaged by the flow of vehicles past the reader locations of a Parking Access Control System. Capturing this information and presenting it in forms that can be used for decision making and analysis is an important function of the system. The GateKeeper PAC system provides both a standard set of reports and customized reports for your use with the system.

Reports generated by your PAC System include:
Report Descriptions
The following is a short description of the basic reports used in the PAC system.


Report 1: Access ID by Account
Description Lists all the access IDs for one account, or for all accounts, in account order.
Input
  • Account Name (leave blank for all accounts); optional

  • The owner of the access ID

  • Count of access IDs for the account
  • Total count of access IDs for the report

    Report 2: Access ID by Operator
    Description Lists all the access Ids by account for one account, or for all accounts, based on Operator Type.

  • Operator Type (leave blank for all operator types); optional

    Report 3: Parker List by Account
    Description Shows all the parkers by account, under one account or all accounts.

  • Account (defaults to all accounts); optional

    Report 4: Parker Violations
    Description Shows all the parker violations.

  • Start Time (defaults to the beginning of the Start Day); optional

  • End Time (defaults to the end of the End Day); optional
  • Violation (defaults to all violations); optional

    Report 5: Parking Transactions by Lot
    Description Shows a specific lot or a specific account or all lots and all accounts, or any combination of the two, by date/time order.

  • Lot Zone (defaults to all lots); optional

    Report 6: Reader Count
    Description Gives a reader count based on the interval and type of interval chosen and displays them in plaza order.

  • Interval type (0 = Min, 1 = Hour, 2 = Day); optional

    Report 7: Unknown Card Use
    Description Shows all read events for cards that do not have a traveler or account associated with it.

    Description Shows the parking charges for one account or all accounts.

    Description Shows the times between two plazas for a traveler or an Operator Type.
